Fat Man Diet 101

The Fat Man Diet is the first health program solely designed for fat lazy men.

The FMD is based on four core ideas:
1.  The purpose of food is to supply your body with energy needed for survival.
2.  Simplicity is the key, following the program must be incredibly simple and mindless.
3.  A health program must make logical sense for the long-term.
4. Exercise is good, but maintaining a proper diet is far more important.

50 pounds of popcorn seed

I’ve been following the Fat Man Diet since April 21, 2013.
I hit a milestone and have lost 50 pounds.
In celebration, I’m holding 50 pounds of popcorn seed in this picture.  🙂
The goal is to lose an additional 12 lbs by Thanksgiving.
